Motivation matters! There are compelling financial and quality-of-life reasons to care about your own motivation as well as that of others.
Can motivation and performance be improved? Yes! Although quite complex, there are evidence-based practices to apply. Individuals, teams, and organizations all benefit from knowing how these dynamics operate at situational, contextual, and global levels and the potential for change.
