Cathy Brown

Cathy is a senior program manager, leadership development, for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO). Before joining INPO, Cathy developed leadership development programs for two Fortune 500 companies. She earned an MS in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University and a BA from Berry College with a double major in English and Theatre. Cathy is active with the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), holding leadership roles at the Society and chapter levels.

Mike Law

Mike is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Graduate Program Coordinator for the Instructional Design & Technology program for the Dept. of Learning Sciences at Georgia State University. Mike has over 25 years of experience working in the corporate learning services field for Fortune 100 companies, serving in a variety of capacities, including instructional designer, project manager, senior learning design manager, enterprise content solutions manager and client project liaison. Mike has been an active board member and ISPI Atlanta contributor for over 10 years.

Simmy Wolfe

Simcha “Simmy” is an Instructional Designer who subscribes to the philosophy that learning is a continuous process inspired by experiential learning, application, and curiosity. She received a post-graduate certificate in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology in 2018 from Georgia State University and her career path has spanned K12 education, international education and consulting, corporate workplace learning, and non-profit curriculum design and evaluation.

Michael Cufaro

Michael has worked in the Talent Development and Performance Improvement business for over 26 years, having lead the learning organizations for McKesson, Underwriters Laboratories, and First Data Corporation. He has also worked for learning solution providers such as GP Strategies, SkillSoft and The Apollo Education Group. In 2017, Michael started his own successful learning consultancy firm called The ClaaS Group.
