ISPI Atlanta Chapter Webinar:
October 20, 2021, 12:00 – 1:00pm EST
Program Description:
Any working ID can tell you that there are a lot of risks associated with client feedback. Late feedback, feedback from the wrong people, good feedback at the wrong time, conflicting feedback, missing feedback—all of these can strain your budget, your relationships, your effectiveness, and your sanity! Catherine Tencza (MS, 1985) has been working as a consultant for over 25 years, and she has tricks up her sleeve for minimizing these risks. In this session, she’ll share some best practices for managing client feedback. Time permitting, she will welcome questions related to her clients and projects (she has over 50 projects listed on her LinkedIn profile).
Let’s Share Ideas!
Catherine would like to find out what you think about this topic. What are you curious about? What are you passionate about? What do you know that you can share with others? Click here to see the Padlet she is developing for the presentation, shown below. You can see articles, post questions, “like” entries, and add your own tips (use the + buttons). Let’s collaborate and learn from each other!
