Cassandra J. Smith, PhD is the CEO and founder of McBride & Smith Training Advisory Group with over 22 years of training experience and professorship in Adult Learning and Instructional Design.
Dr. Smith has published three books based upon her experiences in the training community and is an ISPI Atlanta’s member.
