BIO – Mike Kunkle

Mike Kunkle is a respected sales transformation architect and an internationally recognized expert on sales training, sales effectiveness, and sales enablement. He has been engaged with ISPI since the 90s, when it was known as the National Society for Performance Improvement.

Mike has spent 39 years in the sales profession and 29 years as a corporate leader or consultant, helping companies drive dramatic revenue growth through best-in-class training strategies and proven-effective sales transformation systems.

Examples of his success at using a performance improvement approach to achieve business results include onboarding a team of new sales representatives (120 days in role) that out-performed a control group of seasoned sales representatives. In another example, Mike used performance improvement principles to design and execute a sales enablement plan that resulted in $398MM revenue growth year-over-year.

Mike is the founder of Transforming Sales Results, LLC, and today works as the Vice President of Sales Effectiveness Services for SPARXiQ, where he shares his expertise with clients and others through publications and a variety of digital and in-person channels. Mike shares his insights on designing and implementing sales enablement systems through  SPARXiQ’s Modern Sales Foundations™, SPARXiQ’s Sales Coaching Excellence™, The Building Blocks of Sales Enablement and The Building Blocks of Sales Enablement Learning Experience.
