David Livingston, Ph.D. & Vince Han, MBA

Webinar – August 5th, 12 p.m.-1 p.m. EST

Once learners leave the classroom, how do you help them remember what they learned and apply it on the job? One company decided it was time to try a new approach – one that took advantage of the ever-present smartphone. Kaiser Permanente developed Coach Grover, a text messaging-based chatbot, whose purpose was to help managers stay accountable for implementing the coaching principles taught in their manager coaching program.

Don’t miss this exciting webinar, where you’ll learn more about chatbots and how they can be used to reinforce learning. You’ll hear how Kaiser Permanente designed their chatbot to reinforce learning content with quizzes, reminders, infographics, and short videos. You’ll see how the team gave their chatbot, “Coach Grover,” a personality, along with many examples of the types of messages learners received.
